Meet the Board

Kayla moved into the neighborhood at the end of 2023 with her partner Kyle, her pup, and her two cats.  A daytime Operations Manager for a financial firm, her weekend plans consist of hiking, reading, playing board games, and relaxing! Kayla's goal in joining the HOA is to help bridge the gap between board members and homeowners. 

David is a resident of Chartwell Station and current serves as the HOA Treasurer. He lives with his wife and is a structural engineer. David looks forward to supporting transparent financial management and helping maintain a welcoming and well-run neighborhood for all residents. In his free time, he enjoys astrophotography, hiking, and fishing.

Eduardo and his wife Nadia moved into their home at Chartwell Station on May 2021.  He is a Database and Cybersecurity consultant and is serving as the HOA Secretary since 2025. He looks forward to serving the neighborhood to the best of his abilities. His hobbies are model RC trucks, photography and hiking.
