Established in 2005, our community is composed of 70 single-family homes and is located at the South end of Albany. We have a neighborhood park consisting of a playground, picnic tables, and a lighted basketball court. There is also a gazebo where small gatherings may be held. Nestled next to a historic canal, Chartwell Station is a peaceful, small community.
Our community is managed by The Community Management of Oregon. They work closely with the Board of Directors in the daily operations of the association, making sure that the common areas are maintained, assessments are collected, and residents' concerns are addressed. Visit their website to learn more about their services.
Our community manager is Tim Tubra. He is available to answer any questions or concerns you might have. You can contact him by email at ttubra@communitymanagementoregon.com or call him at 503-926-7300.
